I Disappeared. Here’s Why.

I’m back.

If you’ve been here for a while, you probably noticed I went quiet.

On LinkedIn. In your inbox. Everywhere.

I grew this audience from 0 to several thousands. Then I disappeared.

Why? Because it got exhausting. Boring. Repetitive. And because I had to take care of myself and my family first.

But that hiatus gave me clarity. Step back from anything for a year, and the patterns become impossible to ignore.

• Too many leaders who talk about culture but lead with control.
• Too many people working twice as hard as those who get the credit.
• Too many brilliant people paying the tax of small talk and self-promotion just to be seen.

That’s who I’m writing for. That’s why I came back.
